Environmentalists are urging the conduct of an ecological impact study on a proposal to build a bridge across Utah Lake that does not require the approval of the Army Corps of Engineers or Environmental Protection Agency.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says a $22 million construction project will use pre-constructed spans to replace three aging bridges at the state’s Zoo Interchange on the west side of Milwaukee.
